What is Donnamarie?

Yes, Donnamarie does exist.
(Contrary to inquisition, the name wasn’t derived from the combination of titles from lifestyle and culinary empires.)
At the age of 2, the “wee lassie” emigrated with her family from Scotland in search of a better life. Growing up in a housing commission estate in Western Sydney, Donna’s parents worked shifts to keep food on the table and a roof over the heads of their 4 children, but life was far from “abundant”.
Her parents “hard work” ethic inspired Donna to commence casual work at a young age to contribute to the household budget and the family’s quality of life.
Now married with two children of her own, (Kaitlyn & Erick), Donna is involved in many endeavours to provide a better future for her family, but is particularly ardent about “giving back”.
The name of the business is actually Donna’s full Christian name, Donna-Marie, and is in memory of her mother, the only person who used to call Donna by her full name.
Future plans for the business are grand, including holding Charity Functions to heighten awareness and raise funds for worthwhile causes. Donna is also working on a range of unique gift concepts that will be sure to capture the imagination.
